Responsibilities

• Wow the clients with designs & professionalism.

• Developing design ideas & concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.

• Produce rough sketches and a mood board (a collection of suitable images, colours, and materials) for presentation to clients.

• Zero error, complete, standard, and easy-to-understand PDs.

• Process and checklist adherence is 100%.

• Complete design phase (PDs, movable furniture, deco lighting, curtains, painting, etc).

• Ownership of the design phase (Queries, escalations, and solutions).

• Design phase completed within agreed timeline.

• Better industry knowledge in terms of materials, themes, processes & pricing.
